The manager Bernie Wouldn’t take 3 min to reshape my other hat even though I was buying a brand new one from them for $310.00 was polite but just not good customer service. I’ll go somewhere else in the future.
Nice place, couldn't find matching set of boots, asked for help, they didn't come until we were ready to walk out. Found the matching boot and did purchase them, would still go back. Store was very clean and overall staff was nice
