With the amount of money I spend at this location between both of my children and my wife you would think the customer service would be a little bit better I will be taking my business elsewhere
Not much selection as I was hoping for men's boots and shirts but still a nice selection. They probably had more staff working than needed, so really quick to get help.
2-13-25 1:30 pm This was my first ever visit to a Russell’s store. I needed some new “dress up” jeans. The staff was absolutely amazing and helped with choosing a great fit and look for me. So much so, that I bought two pairs of jeans (Ariat), a pair of boots, and a wallet. Stop in. You won’t be sorry. I-75 and Williston exit, Ocala.
