Very clean and such nice employees
Very friendly staff, but not very knowledgeable about the “working” western world. If you want some flashy boots and belts for a concert this is the place. If you work and ride horses, go somewhere else.
Loved the styles and the gals waiting on us did a great job.
Always a Great Experience at every Russell’s location! Very helpful, Great selection and love their rewards program. Been going for years mainly to their Dover,FL store but have visited several other locations including this one and they. All have the same thing in common with customer service! Bought boots for one of my sons here yesterday and was at the Dover location with my other son on Thursday as well .
Thomas was very friendly and helpful pointing out where to find fitting rooms and even showing us the sales sections as well!! Made us feel welcome! We will be back!
