I had an excellent experience working with Russell's - they were professional, on time, and handled all my items with care. They scheduled me in quite last minute, which I really appreciate as well!
I used Russell's moving company twice in the last two months. It was an outstanding experience. Starting with Renee at the office, who was always proficient, polite, helpful to the amazing teams that did the move. I had to move furniture from Pacific Palisades to my new home while Palisades was closed to non-residents. I needed the ID's of the moving drivers in order to get the permits. This was the 4th move Russell has done for me, and they never disappoint. The actual fee came in less than the original estimate, and I am sure the efficiency and speed of the 2 amazing workers contributed to that. I love Russells.
We payed for full service packing and unpacking, which was $8,000. And have more than half our stuff in boxes. They didn’t bring enough employees to finish the unpacking. The employees they did bring were complaining that they should have had more employees there. And then talk about lack of integrity, they charged us for overtime since they stayed an hour after and still left more than half the place unfinished. It gets worse, we spent time unpacking ourselves for something we forked out a ton of money to be handled for us ... read more
We’ve used Russel’s many times over the last 10 years, they have delivered furniture donations, assembled, moved, disassembled antiques for us. They even came once the same day when we had an urgent need. They are careful movers, we’ve never had even a scratch on a piece of furniture. We highly recommend them
