Our clock parts were replaced at the end of 2023. The clock does not work right now. We called twice and left messages. Now when you call you can’t even leave a message. We paid almost $600.00 to fix our grandfather clock and we were advised it was under warranty for a year. How can a legitimate business operate like this?? This was my godmother and godfather’s clock that was handed down to me. I am very disappointed in Russell Lowrie Clock Repair.
