We had the most incredible experience purchasing bikes at Russell's recently! Joe did a great job of fitting us to the kind of bikes we wanted and thoroughly explained everything we needed to know. Joe and Cheryl helped us pick out the bikes and all of the accessories we needed. Their warm and helpful spirit are contagious and they took all the time we needed.
