After several years living here ... Everything was good, i was happy. Even made a very good friends , protecting me . No reason to change my happiness ... but i was moved (to the psychward) away from close friends that were helping me. I am alone, scared and confused. Sent to another residence. Over charged and destroying family and friends with lies and threats. Do not trust them. All they want is you to sign over your finances to THEM especially if you have dementia, i refused. Men walking around in diapers only. Residents walking into other residents private rooms uninvited. Especially in the middle of the night, with less staff available to monitor them. Anyone with Dementia should be in a fully staffed Nursing, not a returement residence. How can this be accepted? Cameras should be removed from residents personal bathrooms from all units immediately . Personal space and belongings are not safe. What kind of place is this?
No star is not an option. Abusive environment. They take over your loved ones life and push POA's out of their life and over charge on whatever they want. Approval is not needed, as they take control as POA. No invoices sent to the POA or family, forced to pay whatever they decided on. They have Called the cops to have family members and POA's removed and over dosed residents to shut them up and try to get rid of them. Je déconseille fortement cette résidence. Le bien être des résidents et des employés semble souvent relégué au second plan. Ils gardent des résidents malgré des moyens manifestement insuffisants pour bien s’occuper d’eux. Lorsque des problèmes surviennent, ils ignorent complètement les tentatives de communication pour résoudre la situation. L’établissement est constamment en sous-effectif, ce qui épuise complètement le personnel et entraîne un roulement d’employés alarmant.
