Je déconseille fortement cette résidence. Le bien être des résidents et des employés semble souvent relégué au second plan. Ils gardent des résidents malgré des moyens manifestement insuffisants pour bien s’occuper d’eux. Lorsque des problèmes surviennent, ils ignorent complètement les tentatives de communication pour résoudre la situation. Great place to work. I wish I could’ve stayed longer. It’s also a great place to live in my opinion
My mother in law lives at Russell Meadows and she adores it there. The friendships she has made will never be forgotten. To go to visit and see her laughing with her friends over a game of bean bags or bocci is heartwarming to see. The little competitions the residents have as they play brings them back to their childhood. So full of sunshine. The staff are extremely helpful and make sure that everyone is well taken care of.
