I tried taking care of a collections bill several weeks before my court date. Called at least 5 times, left messages for the collections department and got absolutely nowhere with nobody calling me back or even leaving me a message. Now I have extra fees on top of that and for what, they have done nothing for me. Very unprofessional, and I am not happy at all right now with this experience.
After being dismissed and shrugged off by countless law firms , LAURA with Russel law was the first one to ask for my name and allowed me the opportunity to explain my situation and was patient with my clear lack of understanding and knowledge for the legal system. Attorney Russell seemed professional and helpful, even providing me with a payment card. Unfortunately, I lost the card and had difficulty reaching their office. When I finally did, I had the worst experience with his secretary, Stephanie. I called seeking information and options, but without any reason, she abruptly hung up on me. While I would recommend this law office because of Mr. Russell, the staff should be more accommodating—especially when someone is trying to make a payment.
