Attorney Russell seemed professional and helpful, even providing me with a payment card. Unfortunately, I lost the card and had difficulty reaching their office. When I finally did, I had the worst experience with his secretary, Stephanie. I called seeking information and options, but without any reason, she abruptly hung up on me. While I would recommend this law office because of Mr. Russell, the staff should be more accommodating—especially when someone is trying to make a payment.
