I retained Russell roughly a year ago, paying a $2,500 retainer for a case he agreed to take on. Since then, there has been no progress, no updates, and no communication. Despite repeated attempts to contact him by phone and email, I have been completely ignored. This lack of professionalism and accountability is unacceptable.
