Russell Koutrouby has been giving me acupuncture treatments for almost 9 years since my first meniscus tear. I've seen him every week since. He helped me through two meniscus tears, incredibly intense pain with rheumatoid arthritis that took a long time to medically get resolution trying a variety of doctors and drugs. I was training for the Boston Marathon as I approached my 60th birthday. As I started to increase my training a left ankle soreness developed that was both quite painful and quite frightening.
