My husband has been in Russell Churcher Since June 2022 I always find them helpful both to him and me. They will always try to find ways to help to solve any problems both medical and personal .
The staff and care team really care about the residents , it's lovely and clean , very welcoming and they treat everyone with respect and dignity , I am very comfortable knowing mum is in their hands
Staff are fantastic. Senior management a shambles. Supposed to be a caring charitable trust but treat staff and some residents terribly. Would give zero but not able to. I may sound bitter but one of the worst places had mis pleasure to work for
