I've worked with Mr. Blank for many years. Awesome service, always on time and professional.
Russel is unprofessional, he did not report my unemployment despite my sending the document to him multiple times. Then when I was following up on how to get the tax return on the unemployment from 2020, he informed me there was no unemployment reported on my tax return (2 weeks before tax day). I explained that I had sent them earlier in the chain, then sent them again and asked him to amend. At that point he stopped responding and now I have a $1700+ tax bill due.
