Cara said no lawyer would take my case. The receptionist said the firm was taking no new clients even though I am not a new client. I don't believe anyone spoke to Russell about me becoming a client again after he OKed it in 2017. I spent thousands at this firm and not one thing was resolved. I am now disabled and live very close. I think if you reject a potential client you can at least be honest about why.
