I just spoke to this office. A rude woman answered the phone. When I asked her to let me speak to Michael to just explain my case and ask him a question to find out if he can help with my case, She said " No. We don't allow anyone asks us any questions before becoming a client". She also advised me to Google my question, since there are multiple articles about tax concerns on line. This is an example of a poor customer service. I never trust this firm to handle my business.
