Mr. Wunderli works very hard to settle disputes between the parties, often staying late after business hours to finish the job. He reads everything and makes a point to understand all sides of the issues. Highly recommend his services!
Charges $400/hr and drags out the case by not conveying our side of the dispute with plaintiff attorney. My defense lawyer thinks he's not neutral. He sounds like helping you but he's not. He merely walks over to the plaintiff meeting room and drinks a coffee with this plaintiff buddy and comes back all sweating. At the end, my defense lawyer had to go directly to the plaintiff side to bypass his useless and colluded service.
