We’ve stayed in Sydney several times and have stopped in at Russ Hay’s a few times. Our most recent visit was for a spoke repair right before a holiday weekend. They managed to fix the bike same day which was fantastic. They are super friendly, knowledgeable and very helpful. We’re very grateful for their help.
