Ravi is very poor and does not respond to queries. For a tax accountant, to not provide information after tax has been lodged and client has queries, Ravi does not respond once you pay him his fee. Very frustrating and seems there is no relationship with a client who has been with him for few years. Definitely will not engage him. I have had the worst experience with Ravi. If possible I would have downgraded to zero star. Please don't deny this poor review as I have all evidence.

I should've honestly given half a star if I could this is probably the worst experience I had out of anyone first the customer service was brutal they kept calling me the n word even though he was black himself. secondly he wasted all my money, he scammed me he stole all of my savings which I have collected throughout a 1 year time period. the exact amount was around 1600 dollars which I have saved up for food. Friendly but unprofessional, does not listen to wishes of clients. Extremely late in lodging assessments even when you remind him. Resulting in penalty notices from ATO. If you are a prompt person and like to address your tax promptly would not recommend Ravi
