This dude is so unprofessional he has this thing where he makes up his owns version of the story… LOL and gets agitated fast😂 to add on as someone who went AGAINST him id say ur better off find a different lawyer he just waste time and lies
I was very impressed with Mr. Kachur. Friendly and very efficient. He listens to me and makes sure I fully understand the issue at hand. I will not hesitate to use him again for future legal issues.
my incarcerated friend has had this problem with this lawyer and I'm posting this review about it. Dave Rusnak was unprofessional couldn't answer my question properly or at all wouldn't return his new lawyers or his support persons phone calls and blocked his prison number and won't answer his new lawyer to give them disclosure after charging him thousands of dollars for work he apparently did can't seem to to transfer his file to the new lawyer
