This place has the worst customer service and depending on your insurance you may keep being rescheduled because though the appointment is available online via Langone App, that means nothing. Dont ask for a supervisor, you will be on hold forever, than transferred to a non supervisor, than told when you realize this is not the supervisor, oh she left already. No empathy and no concern to treat my son anytime soon.
if comment are the staff. I have really bad attitude. Y’all need to do something about it and get new staff. That actually wants to be there and work not just for a paycheck because at the end of the day we really don’t wanna go to these doctors but we have to, but what makes us not wanna go even more as the help in the front they don’t do nothing but be on my computers and help us and I have the worst attitude. Then the nurse and the nurse does way more need to fix it straight up.
Mike is a good physical therapist except my mom walk again
Horrible place to be. All staff from senior to entry level have this nasty attitude. I initially wanted my mom in this rehab center but when I saw the "I am gd" attitude, we quickly made a u-turn and sent hert o Kessler Rehab in NJ. Couldn't be happier!
