I can't say much as a customer because I've never used the services. I can say that working here was the worst experience of my life. I worked here for 2mnths as the Volunteer Coordinator and I would caution anyone to really think about how much they want to work here. I can't say enough about how excellent the service was. Eilene was awesome and patient while planning my Mummy's ride. Our driver, Nick, was so amazing. He arrived early, was extrememly gentle with my Mummy, and drove us safely to Rice Lake and back. He was friendly and patient, which is much appreciated. We will be sing RCTC again! Highly recommended!
