I can't stand that new googly eyed lady
The place looks and smells sooo much better. The new lady is so nice
This place is closed during business hours on multiple occasions. It's 11:33 and it's closed with one sign stating they will return at 8. Lunch is from 12:30- Lord only knows. Call to verify they are open. Because I'm here with 3 other people who are not happy
They person who used to work here was very crabby but they have a new employee who is so pleasant and helpful. I was dreading coming in for title and registration because the former employee was always so cold, but it was such a breeze. The new employee is actually kind about questions and easy to work with.
Anita whitehead, who used to run this place knew what she was doing administratively, but could be extremely rude and often made it an uncomfortable place to visit. The new woman who is running the place does just as good of a job with the documentation, but while also being nice and personable. I fully recommend this place if you are in south Kilgore or Laird Hill and need to see a Rusk County tax office.
