Do not use this law firm!!! We were told we had the “perfect” case then were dropped the day before our statute of limitations came to an end. I have been trying to get records from our case for two years now. I now have a giant doctor bill to pay out of pocket because they refuse to give me my case records. This law firm was sooo sketchy.
Terrible service doesn’t return phone calls or emails doesn’t seem to care about his clients talks to clients like they are stupid, had a scheduled deposition for 1/15/2024 at 930 and we waited on the zoom call with the other lawyer and mediator for 30min and no one joined the call. its going on 2 years since our accident and nothing has been done and still cant seem to get anyone to return calls or emails. as stated before they do not care about their clients so as of now i am filing a grievance with the state
Worst experience I’ve ever had with a law firm I don’t recommend it you guys listen Greg the lawyer recently passed away a few months ago and the law firm didn’t even reach out to me as a client who has been waiting on a case to settle since 2020 they didn’t even reach out to us to let us know he passed away after awhile of not getting any response I went to the office and finally was informed Mr.Greg Rushing had passed. I used Rushing law firm two different times for my daughters when they were involved in car accidents. They were extremely professional and went over and beyond. I would definitely use them again.
