Only reason they get a star is because its required. Been a customer 10+ years. This is the second time my card has been deactivated a month before it expires due to my new card being issued. Also, I still have to use an old billing zip code at certain places even though it doesn't show in my account. Customer service is nonexistence. They don't know how to help. Word of advice, just get a real bank account. Won't let them play me again.
