Went in for what was estimated to be a 3 hour service check, which turned into a 6 hour day of watching staff do little to nothing. Desiree at the service desk will treat you like you're less than human for asking simple questions. Ross, her co worker was the only cordial/helpful person I interacted with. I recommend finding a different service station.
