I took my truck to Jacksonville, Florida rush Peterbilt on Beaver Street. This place has to be the worst shop for trucks in the whole country. This shop has had my truck for three months with a Def issue and they cannot fix it. These places are supposed to have top-of-the-line mechanics and these mechanics at this place are a joke so finally I got an email saying to come pick my truck up. This was my first job here in New Braunfels and I had the worse experience. Not only they scratch my car at the RUSH ENTERPRISES parking lot time, when I reported this matter to our HR and security department they refuse to show me the video surveillance and said it could have just been the homeless people walking around and targeted your car. I worked as a "Top 10" National Pre-Owned Truck Sales Rep. for "Rush" from 2015-2022 at their Indianapolis, Indiana location and was their only "Pre-owned Truck Sales Rep." at that location throughout the entire COVID-19 pandemic (never missed a beat / solid all the way through).
