Wouldn’t recommend to my worst enemy. Horrible service & communication. Won’t respond for months & don’t care . They don’t care about your money. Receptionist flipped me the “bird” because I was rude, you’d be rude too if your accountant lost you money time and time again. This place is a joke. UPDATE: Theyve now closed and left town. Thank god for everyone else not getting screwed.
I was really happy to find a small town business to handle taxes for me and my 85 year old mother. I found out very quickly that the owner of the business might live in a small town but definitely does not have small town morals or work ethic. Jennifer has an unbelievably callous disregard for her customers. Amazingly, she goes for months without returning phone calls, emails or text messages. She has no shame and no gratitude.
