I’m sad to have to write this horrible review, but after months of attempts, delays, ignored emails, and ultimately being lied to by this firm, I have no choice. I hired Natalie to help me with getting guardianship of my adult son with autism. The initial process alone was a bit frustrating— cancelled appointments, unclear direction, comments that left me questioning whether she understood Allegheny county procedures.
