Members of my family and I use this service out of necessity to get to work, medical trips, and other obligations. Somerset scarcely has uber drivers & any other cab service has either moved locations or is no longer in service (I’ve checked). When you call RTec 10 times in a day to attempt to schedule a trip in their allotted timeframe of three days and then they don’t want to schedule it the next day Because it’s now no longer 72 hours before the trip. Also, I was riding Bluegrass transit, which is a contracted company with RTec at my pharmacy and When I was finished with my business, I came out, got And didn’t have time to put my seatbelt on before the driver had put in reverse and backed into a pole so hard that it bent the frame on the van, shattered the back... read more
