I have ordered a few times for in store merchandise and the next day they cancel my order “due to inventory issues”. The items are clearance items and I feel they don’t want to deal with the order in the store.
what has gone wrong with this Ocala,Florida store? prices have sky rocketed! quality sucks. and the customer service has gone to crap! and seen mice coming from the back room where they store animal feed in the same area as the human products! that's disgusting and scary! won't ever shop there again!
Came in before 9 to pick up a firearm that I was waiting on a background check for and due to it being after 8pm the register was already closed.. The person that called told me I could come anytime to pick up. Very unprofessional…
