I put in an online order for a 12ft galvanized Gate on Aug 31st. I received an email Sunday Sept 14th stating it had arrived at the Martinsville Va store. My husband went to pick up the gate Wednesday Sept 17 - today- when he went in to customer service- an employee told him that it was there when it really wasn’t and that the email I received was sent by mistake. We live in roxboro NC. Very bad experience
I will never step foot in your store again i have spent thousands of dollars in the past years. The elderly lady at the service desk does not need to be there she needs to relize when she says next she needs to relize that there are other's waiting next in-line beside the ones straight in front of heri was to her left and i was behind a couple that decided to swap boots at the register so i was Waiting as she went to get another pair so service desk yelled i will take next when i got up there she said i needed to wait in-lin... read more
They have so many good things It's always well stocked and everything in order The staff is super nice and helpful Can't recommend this place enough
Wish I could give it a 0. Went there and bought 3 bales of straw to decorate for fall. Paid and they told me to drive to the truck trailer and someone would be there to open truck/load for me. 28 minutes later, no one had showed up. Got my money back and I’ll NOT go back!!!! THEY HAD 5 people in line at register and only ONE REGISTER OPEN. JUST LIKE IT IS EVERY DAY. Go to your local CO-OP and pay a little more for one hundred times better SERVICE!!!!!
