Well, it sure is a pretty chair! It’s a wide chair that’s awesome. Manual recliner like God intended. Very comfortable. Unfortunately, for me just a little too shallow not deep enough. But we all have to live with hardships don’t we? Also, a nice thing is that this company picked up the phone every time I called. I know it shouldn’t be something to congratulate a company on. But so few companies do that. I thought I’d mention it. It’s nice to look at my one-of-a-kind chair. Lol.
We found everything we were looking for to fulfill our Southwestern furniture theme in our new home at Runyon's. The entire staff was fantastic and the delivery process went smoothly. We will certainly be back as repeat customers.
Excellent product and excellent delivery service. On time, on schedule - very polite and professional; wore shoe covers ! The Best Team ! Chair is beautiful and fits perfectly with other furniture ! Wonderful experience shopping; buying and receiving the product !!
UPDATE: The executive store management did everything they could to resolve these issues after this complaint was posted. Due to their good-faith effort to rectify the issues, I have upgraded my initial rating. On March 16, my wife and I placed an order for a $2,688 ottoman directly through their website. The "What to Expect" section stated shipping would take 2–3 weeks after production—but there was no mention of how long production would take, nor was this a custom order.
