My partner and I visited Run United today and honestly the level of service was incredible. Kevin spent a huge amount of time with us doing proper gait analysis, treadmill assessment, and talking through our individual running mechanics rather than just trying to sell us shoes off the shelf. I went by the Mansfield location today and Desirea helped me. She was so kind and patient. I took up an hour of her time as she tried to help me find the right shoe…which she did. I had been looking unsuccessfully for months. So it was and overall awesome trip! Kevin there was amazing as well! Very cool local spot…highly recommend even if your not a runner! Thank again!
My experience at Run United was amazing. Lauren was patient, kind and very knowledgeable of how shoes should fit and feel. She brought out 4 different name brands of shoes so I could compare fit and feel of each pair before making my final decision. I’m very pleased with my choice and will purchase the next athlete pair of shoes from this location and ask for Lauren when I go. Thank you for the BEST experience shoe shopping I have ever had. Extremely satisfied!!!
