Unfortunately on more than one occasion, the employees at this location at a if working here is an inconvenience so forget the customer service. Just today we were looking at spending about $900 on a smoker which they only had the floor model available and she stated they probably wouldn't give any discount for the scratches because it's a BBQ and doesn't affect the functionality.
