Don't assume a particular location is stocked with what you see in their flyers. Don't assume there will be helpful employees. It's a bit of retail mayhem. You can find useful items, but if time is a concern you might look elsewhere. I suppose this is in keeping with what currently passes as customer service, or more accurately, the lack thereof.
