I visited this location for the first time to pick up a new pair of running shoes. Jaisal and Shaynaa were both very helpful, knowledgeable, and patient while helping me find a pair that fit all my needs. They took the time to answer all my questions, which I really appreciated. Thanks again, guys!
Came in today to find a gift for my mom for mother’s day, stone was super clean and organize. Shaymaa was very friendly and helpful and made my decision fast and easy.
Purchased a pair of shoes, size 9 as that’s all the stock that was in: Was told we can get the size 81/2’s from 'Twas sen if it’s a confirmed order. Which it was. And all of a sudden, it’s no, we can’t bring them in? Returning the ones that are too big. Won’t go back to the store. Super disappointed
What service? Staff are not helpful here. Not at all. Better off going to another location.
