Grady was very professional and helpful. I was looking for a particular pair of Hoka’s and he searched all the locations until he found my exact size and style. I had already called several different stores/ malls but nothing was close by. Not only did Grady find my shoes, he was kind of enough to have them shipped to the South Surrey location. I was able to pick up my shoes in less 5 days! Grady was very friendly and patient!! Amazing service! Highly recommend Grady and this location!

We went in yesterday and had Yashn help us. She is very knowledgeable and super helpful and friendly , Nicky and I must have gone through 10 different pairs of running shoes before finding a new pair for each of us. We also purchased water resistant and wind resistant pants along with reflective jackets and a couple of tops. In search of a new pair of walkers , I landed up at the store. I spent an hour trying on several pairs of shoes. The assistance I received from Yashni was very polite and I highly appreciated her kind smile and willingness to go back and forth, we found the shoe I wanted . I Thank You for your patience.
