Executive Summary: will definitely not come back, or waste time talking to a "manager". Plenty of better options exist. Three people working, not a single acknowledgment, such as hello or be with you in a second. Workaround: left after 10 minutes, bought shoes at Peninsula Runners. They are more professional, friendly and it is closer. Win, win.
