Good place to shop for atheletic footwear. Staff is knowledgeable and courteous. Prices are competitive.

I’ve always enjoyed shopping at Running Room, and the store itself is fantastic with a great selection of shoes and gear. However, my recent experience with one of the employees was incredibly disappointing. The male employee with greasy long hair was rude and condescending. When I asked him about various pairs of shoes, he wouldn’t even let me finish speaking before cutting me off and dismissively saying they didn’t waste their time on “terrible” shoes. This place is awesome! I heard great things from a special lady of mine and saw the reviews on here reflecting what she said. I went in today and was not let down. Grace is very knowledgeable, attentive, and helpful. She greeted us upon arrival and started helping me find the perfect pair of running shoes right away. Even with all the help she was giving me, I did not feel pressured to make a decision or buy anything, aside from my own decision making process. I've been coming for years. Mainly to pick up race gear but I also have purchased items from time to time. Staff is knowledgeable and kind. Prices are fair. The store is very small so when it's busy it's takes a bit longer to get your questions answered. That is to be expected though.
