Helpful staff and good selection
The staff were very helpful. Jordan wanted to make sure I got the right shoe for me and ordered a pair so I could try them before I made my decision. Happy to shop here again
Running room double layer socks - game changer. I used to get terrible blisters—tried everything from Band-Aids to inserts and nothing worked. Then a Running Room staff member told me “cotton is rotten” and recommended their double layer socks. I haven’t had issues since, and they last forever—I’ve only replaced them a handful of times in 20 years. If blisters are a problem, these are worth trying.
My shopping experience with Ellie today was phenomenal. She listened to my concerns, assessed my feet, and brought out half a dozen options for me to choose from. She is knowledgeable, attentive, didn’t pressure me into buying anything (even though I ended up making a purchase), and was very sweet to my dog! I will definitely be seeking her out the next time I am looking to buy something from your store.
