Wasn’t willing to help and accommodate request for an exchange which was I believe was doable and just a lack of interest in doing so.
Went in today and Alex helped me out (I hope I spelled her name right). She was so beyond helpful! Really went above and beyond and helped me with my running journey. Even recommended physio places after I said my knees were hurting. Very knowledgeable. Very kind. Highly recommend this place.
I went out of my way to go to this store as I understand they do a “gate” analysis. I use orthotics and possibly that’s why it was thought I don’t need analysis? Anyway went 10am in a Sunday. There was only 1 person working..not sure if this was normal? No gate analysis? As I have size 10 orthotics and the left foot sits high in the shoe I went to a 10 1/2. There is slight movement of the orthotic in the shoe. Anyway the whole point of the review is I expected someone with a bit more knowledge of footwear etc…. Could have ju... read more
They were very professional and helpful Put me into the proper shoes
Walked in not knowing exactly what I needed. They helped me right away. The shoe has been working perfectly for me. No more knee or hip pain.
