Went into this location yesterday afternoon. My mother is a senior looking for a good shoe as she has osteoarthritis. The older saleswomen working there was extremely unapproachable and just gave one word answers. She seemed annoyed when asked to try other sizes, like excuse me for asking you to do your job lady! How is this woman even employed in a customer service position, you can tell she clearly does not like people. Great staff very knowledgeable
We were disappointed with the service during our visit to this location. We came to this location to try out a specific shoe they were showing in stock online. Our questions were met with cold one-word answers and the staff were not attentive to us (we had to interrupt a conversation between two employees despite being the only customers in the store). We were made to feel like an inconvenience when we wanted to try more than a single size of a specific shoe and our representative did not provide us with helpful information ... read more
Steph and I had the BEST experience at this running room location. Joanne and Sana were so helpful in finding us our New Balance 860s. Sana spent so much time making sure we were comfortable and that our shoes fit perfectly. These ladies made our day! Thank you so much!
First time shopping at this store I was interested in trying on a pair of Hoka shoes as I’m on my feet for long periods daily and I need something that gives me lots of cushion while walking. The lady was very helpful and friendly and explained the difference between each style of that brand and the comfort level. As soon as I put them on they felt amazing, very comfortable and supportive. I’m looking forward to wearing them to work. Definitely will shop here again.
