I have been having alot of foot issues and have seen " professional " podiatrists that really didnt care about my issues but were happy to sell me custom orthotics... This man took the time to explain running room products and the type of shoes that would give me the correct fit and support for my type of foot. 4 different specialists and not one explained to me what my 'type of foot" was ... I came into the running room to find out the type of foot I had as I'm new to running and wanted to find the right pair. We were not welcomed into the store by the lady working there. When I asked for help, she made it seem like the biggest inconvenience. She made me feel uncomfortable asking questions and was no help at all. When I mentioned I had a wider foot she visibly put her hands on her head rolled her eyes and huffed... she then proceeded to say "I should've told her that and that my feet don't look that wide".
