I'm sorry I don't know his name. But he was a black salesperson. He was really insightful in sorting out an error by his co-worker related to a return we had with a pair of shoes we ordered online. The misunderstanding was related to how their system categorized our purchase. Because we had bought two shoes online but were only returning one, the system gave a fault. Great location for the store and tons of running gear.
My son bought a pair of running shoes last Saturday but it was too tight around the toes. He called the store on Tuesday and asked whether they have the wide width in store and the lady told him they have a pair in stock and will hold till weekend. My son went today and tried on but he noticed the shoes have been worn and were dirty so he pointed out and asked the salesperson (older lady), she told my son that that’s the only pair in that size so my son just exchanged and bought that used pair home.
