It was good. Hours on Saturday differ from what is online. They are o ly open till 6pm on Saturdays. Lots of shoes. Very colorful. Need more plain options especially in womens. I did do an inventory search before going to the stoney creek store and they said they had a pair in a certain colour, when I got there, they did not. The lady working was very helpfu, professional and quick. Didn't get the shoe I wanted, but still left with something.
I called and spoke with David about track cleats for my daughter. He was knowledgeable, and cheerful. He checked inventory for me, I went into store a bit later that day. I was greeted and helped quickly. What an awesome experience.
I had a great experience at this store, specifically thanks to David. He is incredibly knowledgeable about the different styles of running shoes and shared some insights that were new to me. When I told him I wanted to go home and think over my options, he was very gracious and helpful about it. I really appreciated the expert advice without any pressure to make an immediate purchase.
Amazing store!😊 I've been looking for shoes for a while but no store seemed to have anything right for me. I came here and the first shoes the associate brought were absolutely perfect!
I have never felt more uncomfortable by trying to purchase a pair of shoes the sales lady was so rude she was acting like this was such an inconvenience to her for us asking for help when I mentioned I will go to Burlington to seek out help she was very glad service
