Terrible customer service. I waited 20 minutes and left not once ever acknowledged by the staff. Worst shopping experience, never going back.
Always have a bad experience here. So passive aggressive and arrogant. I dont know how they are still in business. Their days are numbered
Shop is okay and i dont have problem with the shopping but i think their return/refund policy sucks. Make sure you double check and 100% sure before buying a SALE shoe as you cant return and get full refund for them you only get a store credit. And for nonsale shoes- if you return them , your shipping fee is not refundable. Thus, visit there in person and decide buying .this way is the best.
Amazing experience. The staff were very friendly and attentive. Walked out with a pair of shoes, eager to try its comfortability. The staff accommodated my family well and made the experience run smoothly! Highly recommend!
