Not every running room has the same level of customer service, this one unfortunately fell short. The lady was unfriendly and made assumptions about my running experience without asking.
The staff here are always very friendly and they have a great selection and good sales. Only place I'd trust to buy my shoes!
I just had a really poor experience at this location. I came in trying to buy a shoe for my nursing job, (which I understand that the shoe I was buying was made for trails) but I had my own reasons for wanting to purchase them. And right when I told the saleswoman it was for my job - she gave me a very judgemental look. After bringing the shoes out she decided to bring out other shoe options more suitable for my job, which is fine. The young gentleman sales associate who helped me narrow down a proper fit shoe was very knowledgeable, patient, and courteous. Great location overall.
