Great service from the new manager tonight and found some Bondi shoes to rescue heel pain hooray. Dog friendly as well !!
It was a fantastic experience they spent over an hour helping me find the perfect fit and were extremely knowledgeable. The price they charged was very reasonable too it was cheaper than retail. 10/10 experience, genuinely could not ask for anything better. Unfortunately did not get the name of the attendant who helped me but she was amazing and created an awesome customer experience.
Running room is great with a variety of stock and fair pricing. The staff lady who stayed behind the desk, though, appeared to lack customer skills. No greeting at all upon entering, looked at us enter, then looked away. There was only one other customer in the store who was attended to by another staff member. Upon asking her questions, she was dismissive and then even became inattentive. Maybe having a bad day?
