Very, very poor customer service on behalf of both the manager, and assistant manager, Terry. When my shoes arrived, I got 3 pairs of shoes, the one I ordered, plus 2 more I didn’t pay for. I promptly returned them to the store. They said thank you as an afterthought, and didn’t seem grateful that I brought them back at all. I had very high expectations from Running Room. We went to Grant Park location and it was a very underwhelming experience. Staff did bare minimum to assist us. I was going to purchase 2 pair of runners and some other running accessories. But staff never bothered to ask how the shoes fit, if we are looking for something specific or if we need anything else. Just because of lack of customer service from the staff, I went to the your direct competitor and purchased all the items from them. Will never visit this location again.

I visited the store twice today, and both times, no one greeted me or asked if I needed help. The staff clearly saw me but chose to ignore me. Then, when other customers walked in, they immediately offered them assistance. This was disappointing and made me feel unwelcome.
