I was with my brother during his return, and the way Jeff handled the situation was disappointing. He had the receipt and the same credit card used for the purchase, but Jeff still refused to help over a driver’s licence. If that’s not actually required by the store’s policy, then this was a completely unnecessary hassle. Customer service needs serious improvement.

Very disappointing experience. We bought shoes online, but they were the wrong size. I came to return them the same day with the original receipt, the same credit card used for the purchase, and my government-issued health card. Jeff refused the return because I didn’t have my driver’s licence. We drove a long distance for nothing. The staff were free but seemed unwilling to help, and the older lady wasn’t helpful either. Terrible customer service. I came back the same day to return shoes that were the wrong size with my receipt, my health card, and the same credit card I used to pay. Jeff refused the return because I didn’t have my driver’s licence. If the original payment card is enough under the store’s policy, then this is just ridiculous. Jeff needs to treat customers with respect instead of acting like a police officer. I won’t be shopping here again.
