Very helpful! A lady named Amy assisted me with picking out some runners. She was very knowledgeable and offered great advice and recommendations. She was also kind, friendly, and patient (especially when I tried on so many shoes). She even gave me samples! Positive experience and possibly one of the best customer services I’ve received in retail! If the manager sees this, I hope you give Amy a raise. Would highly recommend
I went into running room today for a new pair of running shoes. I’ve been struggling with shin splints for a while and haven’t been able to run past 5k in months. Don was absolutely incredible and very knowledgeable. He was so helpful and kindly recommend some shoes for me. I took them out for a run when I got home and hit 11k, pain free!!! I am so happy I got to chat with Don today, he’s amazing and I would recommend anyone to go in and visit with him if you’re struggling with your runs.
I've had service that was quite helpful, very well educated in their business. However, this superior level of knowledge can translate into condescension, but being incompetent, I didn't feel offended...they stayed on the respectful side of "No, you idiot, that shoe is not for street running." I also hate the prices...not all of which is their fault. But I am cheap, and running should be the cheapest sport on Earth, and yet....
