Our recent visit to running room was a delight. Carolina was super nice and very knowledgeable. Providing real advice and guidance as we tried many pairs of shoes. This level of patience and kindness is the hallmark of great customer service.
Went up with my dad recently. Carolina took the time to explain things in great detail and made sure we got what we needed. Definitely recommend dropping in if you're looking for advice on new shoes for walking or running!
Great store! Carolina and Michael were very helpful and all sorts of interesting stories about their own running experiences. They provided me with tips about improving my stride based on the wear patterns on the bottom of my shoes, very cool didn't know you could do that 10/10 will be back
Best Running Room location out of the 3 I've visited in Calgary so far. They always have the best inventory availability and the staff is helpful and caring. I recommend Running Room for their flexible indoor/outdoor 30 day trials on select brands
