Manan was amazing and totally knew her stuff. I was quite anxious about my first time buying running shoes but she totally made the experience easy and helped me find the perfect pair
We had a good experience at the store. Kentaro was very knowledgeable and helped identify the best shoe for my partner. Would definitely recommend!
Staff was interested in anything other than their phones When asked if they had a particular item that was showing as in stock at their location, they proceeded to go to the exact place I had just been looking and say simply "I don't know why it's showing as in stock" I left the store and as I was walking away noticed the mannequin wearing it Not to mention the store is poorly organized and looks like a tornado just rolled in Disappointing
Yashini was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable! I usually have a hard time finding shoes that fit well, so I really appreciated the time she spent helping me.
I live just across from the mall and I never buy running shoes at malls because I find majority of the young sales people are not knowledgeable about which shoe fits best and how each shoe can be neutral, for pronators, or flat feet. For this main reason, I rather spend more $ and go to a specialty runner shop like Run Inn in town.
