Truly an A+ customer service experience. I didn’t catch the gentleman’s name who was assisting me but he was so incredibly knowledgeable, especially since I am a new runner and didn’t know what to look for. Took the time to explain why he was suggesting certain shoes for me and what feel I should be aiming for. Seriously made my day!

My recent visit to Running Room was a really pleasant surprise, especially considering my initial worries as a mid/plus-size person. From the moment I walked in, the staff were warm and welcoming, which was a nice change from some other athletic stores I've been to. What stood out the most was how inclusive the atmosphere was.
