This was a very awkward experience for me. Two young people were running the store, and they had poor customer service skills. There's nothing more awkward than trying on a pair of shoes with somebody standing there watching you not saying a single word. I'd give 0 stars if I could.
Horrible customer service and selection.wont go back to that location.
Fatima (not sure if I remembered the name correctly) was very friendly and helpful. She gave me suggestions but not pushing, let me try so many pairs and even come back the second day to choose the right pair of shoes. With her help, I found the best fit for me and so happy that I will recommend everyone to buy runners from running room.
The manager here made me feel very uncomfortable. I bought a pair of shoes online and chose to pick them up at this store. When I decided to return them before picking them up, the manager told me I could only get a refund onto a store gift card, not back to my bank card, The manager claimed that shoes on sale can only be refunded to a gift card, but last week, I specifically asked if online purchases could be returned to my card last week , and she said yes, which is why I ended up buying them in-store also .
