Great Customer Service, knowledgeable staff for all road shoes and a variety of trail shoes
If I could give this place 0, I will. I ordered online for pick up, but ended up changing my mind and the same shoe elsewhere. So I opened a ticket online to request a refund. Got a call a week later saying that my shoes were at the store and I called back to let them know I changed my mind and the caller said no worries they'll just send the shoes back then I'll get my refund. I was really disappointed with this Running Room location. This is the second location I've been very disappointed with. What is going on at the Running Room? The Running Room used to be famous for their customer service and expertise. Now it's completely gone down-hill. I may as well buy my shoes at a generic sports store like Sport Check, which likely offers a better customer experience. At least they offer points... I went to the Pembina location on Boxing Day.
