In person store experience is excellent. Great knowledgeable staff! Online Running Room is terrible. Shoe boxes often arrive damaged. Which I would like intact as I keep them. Online customer service is terrible. They ignore you, don’t care about your issue. Absolutely awful online experience.

I was not sure what to expect coming to this store after seeing some of the mixed reviews regarding customer service. However, I went to this location anyways due to its position in the city and it was fantastic. I believe Dorothy was the woman who assisted me and she was absolutely terrific. I was looking at stability shoes as I tend to have overprontation issues with one foot in particular. She was so helpful. Very knowledgeable and patient. I called multiple running shoe stores and I’ve had different experiences, with Carolyn at the running room I was blown away at the in depth process she took an order to find me the right shoe. She is a pleasure to talk to and is extremely knowledgable regarding anything running related. Ask for Carolyn!!!
