The lady I dealt with was extremely rude. I came in because I was told this place would have what I was looking for. Got to the store and was given attitude from the moment I entered. If I could give it a 0 I would. Sometimes, it’s ok to be nice….
I've been to this location twice within 1 week and both times the service has been extremely unhelpful. I've been ignored and felt like my presence was not welcomed or valued. As a long term customer, I will not be coming back to this location at all. Spend your time wisely and travel to the Grant location.
I have never dealt with such a rude person in a store. I ordered shoes online and came too early and the order wasn’t ready understandable. From the minute I said hello until I left she was beyond rude and made me feel like I was an inconvenience to her, I usually deal with the Grant location because the people are so nice and welcoming but it does not seem to be the case with this particular lady on Regent. I love coming to this location! I feel I have dealt with most of the staff by now and they are all super friendly and helpful. I am a newer runner and when I bought my first pair of shoes last year, the lady that helped my husband and me was extremely knowledgeable. I bought a second pair this year and had to exchange them for a different pair after i wore them a few times on my treadmill and exchanged them with total ease. Will definitely continue to come here and always recommend it to people i see looking for runners.
