I was excited to visit this store for the first time to buy my new running shoes, but my experience was disappointing. The salesperson seemed ready to help but never actually assisted me. Instead, she just watched as I looked at shoes, making me feel uncomfortable. However, when another customer walked in, her attitude completely changed—she became warm, attentive, and eager to help in a way she never was with me. The difference in treatment was noticeable and left a bad impression. I definitely won’t be returning.
Service & knowledge from staff is exceptional! I always leave with the thrill of new runners that are perfect. If you're serious about running injury-free, rest assured the staff at Running Room Pickering will go the extra mile for you
I was not very happy with my service. I found there were irritable undertones as Dave assisted me during my time at the store. I was referred to the store and promptly went to receive help with a purchase. I was disappointed by the service I received. Sue was dismissive and of not much help, she only interrupted when Dave said I could bleach the shoes to clean them, she said it would ruin the shoe. Dave did not appear knowledgeable With the sale.
