I've been looking for a pair of fitness walking shoes and while I did not purchase at this store (yet), I would like to mention the level of service given to me. The chap (with the long haired white cat...lol) was very helpful, and understood my needs perfectly. Zero pressure, and still totally upbeat. I don't think you'd go wrong dealing with these people - they do know their business.

A worker from the Running Room started yelling at me when I got out of the car in the parking lot. Something about how I'm supposed to park elsewhere. I don't know what she was talking about but didn't want to engage with her since she seemed unhinged and irrational. I was looking for new shoes but took my business elsewhere.
I had Tracy help me this morning. I told her I've been having issues with my shins/calves so she recommended a great pair of shoes that work for me. She was very kind, and even gave me tips on how to heal them, work towards a marathon, and to know when you are ready for your next pair of shoes. I went for a run and immediately improved my 4 mile run time by 8 minutes. Thanks so much!
