The staff was very knowledgeable, asked me questions and listened to what I wanted. And he knew exactly the right shoe to find for me. It also fit on the first try which was a bonus. Staff was so helpful that he didn’t even care that I wasn’t buying the shoe in the store because they didn’t have an all-black shoe, he still helped me to find my right pair of shoe. These guys care.
Super friendly and helpful staff!
Came in to replace my very old running shoes - while staff did help me pick out a new pair that I'm liking so far, I left feeling good about the shoes, but not about myself. Got the impression that staff was judging me for my old flyknits so wasn't the most welcoming experience. Likely won't return. *edit - the ownership has replied and said they appreciated my poor review of the staff? Editing to a lower rating.
