Judy and Peter helped me to find the right shoes. They are so professional and efficient. Would definitely come back in the future!
The staff at Running Room are extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and respectful. They took the time to understand my needs and provided excellent advice without any pressure. Their experience and professionalism really made the whole experience enjoyable. Highly recommended!
Incredible service. They will properly analyse your feet to identify your needs. Also, great return policy specifically on insoles. Can wear them for 59 days, cut them to size, and still be allowed to return them should they not be satisfactory.
I went in to get advice about changing to a different style of running shoe, and the salesman helping me was extremely patient, taking his time to learn about my needs and making some really well informed suggestions. I ended up buying something I never would have picked on my own, and in retrospect he was 100% correct to steer me in that direction. I also appreciated not feeling judged for my size or mileage which is unfortunately still pretty common in this industry.
