Arrived in the store and was kindly greeted and asked if I needed any help with no pressure from the team. I was looking for something that I could be on my feet all day and was shown the Hoka Bondi 9's and Clifton 10's. Needed extra cushioning as well as width, so I tried the Bondi 9 2e and was delighted to find they were the best/comfiest shoes I've ever worn! Staff were so knowledgeable, forthcoming, and friendly. Shoes are expensive but the salespeople know everything about fit and they truly want you to be happy and comfortable. Well worth it

I like this Running Room Burnaby location. First, parking is free and plenty. The store is very clean and organized. Plenty of selection, shoes and activewears. As soon as I came in they greeted and helped me right away. I was lucky to find the one pair of New Balance 880 on sale. (I called ahead to make sure the store has NB 880 in stock and the staff was so nice to answer all my questions).
