Went to running room to buy a barefoot shoe. The expert there told me there is no such thing. What kind of expertise is that? So I went home and bought them on Amazon.
Very poor customer service! No desire to help customers Attitude issue! Sales associates should learn basic skills: greet your customers, find out their needs, thank them!
Just an excellent service, friendly and knowledgeable. I wasn’t sure what kind of shoes do I really need but that young lady (Kathleen?) after checking my feet and the way I walk gave me a few suggestions. Thanks!
An older gentleman named Leo helped me pick out some anti-slip runners meant for wide feet and ensured it was the perfect fit for me when I had lots of questions! He was so kind & patient & fully explained to me how these shoes worked along with my shoe complications/pains. I left with a $200 purchase from Hoka. Definitely ask for Leo if you want great informative and knowledgable service.
Bought my first Brooks shoes from here. The staff was very friendly and helpful found the best match for my need. Highly recommended.
