Showed the customer service person my shoes. He went in the back came out and said we don't have them, no one does. Ordered another pair . Phoned back later and asked if I could come in and get a refund as I needed something soon. He called back and left a message that they can't refund until the order comes in?? Went to the Shawville location and I had the ones I wanted within FIVE MINUTES. Glenmore manager said I have to wait for the refund. I don't appreciate the BS
I visited this particular location for a pair of running shoes twice & both times, the young lady who helped me to find the right runner, is amazing. She’s very knowledgeable and polite and very professional with a good sense of humour. I wished I got her name. Kudos to her for the sale from me. I’m a tough nut to satisfy (my feet) thank you 🙏 I bought the new balance 1080’s as she recommended them to me the first visit & I did purchase them & very happy with her recommendation!
The Asian lady working there today was very condescending. She was snappy and talked down to me.
Ladies here are always friendly when I come for my yearly shoe purchases.
