Entered the store, and was greeted by the employee who was on a personal call but nevertheless seemed pleasant enough at first. Once she noticed my hand tattoos she treated me like a bloody criminal. I proceeded to spend 200 and she couldn't get me out the door fast enough. Won't be returning to this location.
Attended store bought runners. Older lady sale person was rude and blunt. I’ll stay away.
I had such a fantastic experience at Running Room! The lady who helped me was incredibly knowledgeable and patient. She took the time to teach me so much about proper running shoes, how they should fit, and what to look for based on my stride and goals. I never realized how much of a difference the right shoes could make until now. Thanks to her help, I walked out feeling confident and excited to hit the pavement. Amazing service—I’ll definitely be coming back!
