Went to the Running Room for the first time as my current shoes/socks were giving me bad blisters. Very friendly staff helped me get what I needed.

This review is for my mother who was treated as less then okay today at the running room sudbury. When picking up her shoes the man made her feel little because she purchased them from after pay. Running room Sudbury clearly cannot treat people with respect and should not deal with delivery pickups from after pay. The man acted asif she was stealing the shoes told her she couldn't get a refund because the shoes aren't paid off without actual knowledge of her payments.
