Jim @ Running Room Sudbury exceeded my expectations. He walked me though (literally) the shoes that would meet my needs and instead of trying to sell me something, he allowed me to experience all the shoes and come to an educated decision. A+. Love me some old school knowledge. Thanks Jim. Need some big boy sizes though. XL isn't big enough for clothing
For all your running needs. This is the only store I have bought running shoes. Last time was about 10 minutes in and out. That included taking to staff, narrowing selection to two models to try, try both on, deciding, paying and out.
I was really looking forward to visiting The Running Room in Sudbury after hearing great things from my mom and wife, who both had excellent experiences getting fitted for new shoes. Unfortunately, my experience was the complete opposite. When I walked in on Saturday Feb 22nd 2025, I let the young man working know I was looking for shoes to start working out. To the guy who was working on Saturday Feb 8, 2025, thank you! You multitasked between my husband and myself and another customer as well as being able to answer the phone. You were very professional and knowledgeable. I walked in, thinking I knew what i wanted. You listened to my questions and concerns, and gave me advice based off of the information I gave you.
