great service very helpful
This review is for my mother who was treated as less then okay today at the running room sudbury. When picking up her shoes the man made her feel little because she purchased them from after pay. Running room Sudbury clearly cannot treat people with respect and should not deal with delivery pickups from after pay. The man acted asif she was stealing the shoes told her she couldn't get a refund because the shoes aren't paid off without actual knowledge of her payments. I usually love the Running Room. The service is usually always the best with a knowledgeable staff who are helpful. Today that was not the case. The man working made me feel like I was wasting his time because I wasn’t a “real runner”. His words. Not mine. He was so ignorant and rude I should have walked out but I was desperate for shoes and I’m from out of town. I bought a pair but have regretted going there since. I highly doubt I will return now. Too bad because it is usually a great place to go
If I could give them a 0 I would! Extremely rude the guy there and when I went in to buy shoes he flat out lied to me told me they couldn't order them in then 2 minutes later when it was a pair he wanted to sell all of a sudden he could order them the hole experience was terrible no wonder the store was completely empty. I would never shop there again.
don't but Brooks shoes. a garbage brand. the walking shoe i bought, torned within 3 months. very bad quality brand
