My first ever 1 star review. I would not recommend purchasing from this place to my worst enemy. I purchased a pair of hoka cliftons online on October 13th after waffling between the cliftons and the bondis for close to a month. I decided to go with the cliftons since theyre slightly cheaper at 190$ and if I didnt like it well I could just exchange it for the bondis, right? RIGHT? wrong. I was there yesterday (Thursday, May 1st) and I witnessed a very disappointing customer service from one of your associates. A senior citizen clearly needed assistance, and the associate made no effort to help or even acknowledge them. This lack of basic courtesy and respect is unacceptable.
